Overview

This excellent new publication will tell you how you could save a fortune in tax as well as earning 50% more income by using a property ISA to shelter your investments.

As well as being very effective tax shelters, ISAs have a high degree of flexibility, leaving you with much more control over your money. By placing your property investments in an ISA you will be able to:

  • Eliminate your capital gains tax and income tax bills for good.
  • Gain access to your cash at any time, tax free.
  • Expand your portfolio to include large, top-quality properties.
  • Avoid the risks, hassles and costs of being a landlord.

A property ISA is essentially a portfolio of high-end investment property. Instead of you acting as landlord, the property is managed by some of the largest, most respected UK property management companies in the investment business, including giants such as Standard Life and Scottish Widows.

In recent years, returns on these investments have been breathtaking. For example, an investment in a property ISA from Standard Life has grown a staggering 26% over the last 12 months...completely tax free!

The huge tax benefits of an ISA are far more valuable than many people realise, and have the potential to greatly increase the overall wealth and income accumulated from property. We have calculated that an investor using a property ISA could earn 50% more income than a traditional buy-to-let investor.

Another great benefit of the ISA is that since you can get in on the action for as little as £1,000, you don't necessarily need to borrow any more funds to take advantage of these amazing returns.

Compared to a SIPP or Self Invested Personal Pension, the property ISA is just as effective in saving you tax, but at the same time it means that you dont have to have all your money tied up in such investments until retirement!

Grow Rich with a Property ISA is essential reading for anyone investing in property, including:

  • Those looking for low risk, high return property investments...all tax free.
  • Those using property investment as a means of gaining financial independance.
  • Those wishing to avoid all the hassle and costs of traditional buy-to-let investment.

“This book explains clearly how you can protect your property profits from the taxman by investing in a property ISA. It lists all the benefits and drawbacks of property ISAs and provides some fascinating comparisons with traditional buy-to-let and property SIPP investments.” Dr Simon Burton, London
